We are excited to share with you our forthcoming events and training programme for the next few months, featuring our ever-popular training courses, wellbeing activities, fascinating Marylebone walks and outdoor events.

Continuing to support the wellbeing of local workers with a range of virtual and in-person workshops, forthcoming sessions include Understanding Sleep (and how to get more of it) 18 March, Creative Writing 21 March, lunchtime Pilates 29 March and Connections – Getting Back To Basics 30 March – this session offers advice on natural health benefits to tackle stress and anxiety.

With the return of Marylebone Food Festival, we’ll be setting out on a tour of some of the Quarter’s favourite eateries, including Royal China, Kitchen at Holmes, The Montagu Kitchen and Za’ta on 27 April. Information on how you can sign up will be available shortly. In addition to this, our Blue Badge Guide, Mark, will be taking us to explore the area’s connection to SOE, Secret Service and Spies on 24 March, a tour of Sculpture and Public Art in Marylebone on 5 April, a tour of everything Beatles-related on 25 May and on 2 June we will have a very special Royal Connections tour to commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. We’ll also be discovering the Garden Squares of Marylebone on 15 June.

Our training programme aims to support our members and their employees with a collective approach to professional development. Our next round of virtual Fire Marshal training is booked in for Wednesday 27 April and our in-person Emergency First Aid at Work course is on 25 May. These courses always fill up fast so make sure you book your space now. Mental Health First Aid returns on 14 to 16 June – a three-day virtual workshop exclusive to BakerStreetQ member employees. We also have another IEMA-Approved Environmental Awareness course taking place on 30 March, offering the opportunity for attendees to gain knowledge to develop and manage environmental aspects and the confidence to identify opportunities to improve the environmental performance within your organisation.

Finally, our 55 Baker Street food market will return on 14 and 28 April and 12 and 26 May, offering up street food from around the world. You can look forward to our summer programme in Portman Square Garden too. Look out for more information on plans coming soon.
