Baker Street Two Way Project Update

Thank you to so many of you for completing the Council’s consultation survey on the Baker Street Two Way project.

There were over 1500 responses to the consultation and we are delighted that so many people had their say on the draft proposals.  All these responses are currently being worked through by the council. We understand there is a good level of support but also, as you would expect for a project on this scale, some aspects  that have been raised as concerns and need addressing before the next phase of planning can commence. Hopefully you have received an update email from Cllr Robert Davis about the next steps for the project.  As ever, we’re extremely excited about the potential that this project has for our area and we’ll continue to keep you updated.
