An Inspiring Day In December

To bring some positivity to your inboxes this month, we’re highlighting a few of the inspiring stories from our Christmas Local Giving campaign. 

Back in December, North Paddington Food Bank and Greenhouse Sports teamed up with Howard de Walden Estate, Madame Tussauds and many Quarter businesses for a day of Christmas hamper packing at the Greenhouse Centre. Together they managed to pack an incredible 500 hampers for families in need.

Greenhouse Sports is a Marylebone charity that uses sport to develop life skills with young people living in some of the most disadvantaged areas of London. The Charity believes that every child should have a fair chance to succeed, and to access opportunities to thrive.
