Councillor Geoff Barraclough is Cabinet Member for Planning and Economic Development at Westminster City Council, leading on the city’s strategy for growth, regeneration and business engagement. First elected to represent Maida Vale Ward in 2018, he brings over two decades of local insight together with a professional background in financial technology, making him a strong advocate for innovation and inclusive economic development.
Grant Campbell
General Manager, Nobu Hotel London Portman Square
Grant Campbell is the General Manager of Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, leading the hotel’s operations and guest experience. He brings extensive experience from senior roles across luxury hospitality, including previous positions at Sanderson Hotel London and DoubleTree by Hilton – Tower of London.
Puja Dowlani
Retail Associate Director, The Portman Estate
Puja Dowlani is the Retail Associate Director at The Portman Estate, where she leads on curating and managing the retail offer across Marylebone and Baker Street. With a strong background in retail asset management, she works closely with partners and stakeholders to shape a thriving mix of shops, restaurants and experiences that support the Estate’s long-term vision for the area.
Helen Mann
Chief Executive Officer, Young Westminster Foundation
Helen Mann is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Young Westminster Foundation, Mann has focused on creating opportunities and services for children and young people in Westminster through partnerships with various stakeholders, including Westminster Council and local businesses , the Met Police and NHS . The voices of young people are embedded in all the Foundations work both through Peer led research and bringing young people to the table to help shape services.
