Welcome Back KOL

One of the Quarter’s newest restaurant openings, KOL by Santiago Lastra on Seymour Street will reopen open on 18 May with new dishes added across all menus in time for spring. August reservations for the restaurant, the Chef’s Table Experience and the Mezcaleria, a homage to the magic of Mexico’s mezcal bars, are now live.

The Chef’s Table Experience is bookable Thursday to Sunday, for groups of four or five. Overlooking a private kitchen, it offers a one-of-a-kind experience with an extended tasting menu and curated wine pairing.

The Mezcaleria, which officially launches on 19 May, will be home to one of London’s most exciting collections of Mexican spirits. Led by Maxim Schulte and his team, the bar will be reservation only.
