DESCRIPTION:Empower yourself with confidence and self-defence skills. \nThe art of self-defence is knowing how and when to defend yourself.  Our Introduction To Self-Defence course is designed to equip you with self-defence knowledge and skills\, plus the confidence to allow you to be better prepared mentally for any challenging situation.  It’s about being aware and knowing how to defend yourself within the confines of the law. \nThis course runs for 1.5 hours and is tailored for everyone\, irrespective of gender\, age or fitness level.  It will be a combination of theory and basic practical skills.  Our fully qualified and highly acclaimed Level 3 Self-Defence Instructor will delve into: \nPersonal Safety\nThe Law\nReasonable Force\nFight or Flight\nPre-Emption\nMisconceptions\nArousal & Motor-Learning\nSelf-Defence Responses \n  \nThe Self-Defence session is exclusive to employees of Baker Street Quarter Partnership member businesses.
