SUMMARY:‘Slow Flow’ Yoga Session
DESCRIPTION:Slow flow is a dynamic vinyasa practice with flowing sequences. The flow is slower than the traditional Vinyasa to give students more time to breathe in each pose and move away from the “one-breath-one-movement” Vinyasa. A slow flow also allows you to come in to a pose without a rush and to further explore the key areas of each posture. The class offers space for stretching and strengthening the body without judgment or expectation. \nThe practice is open level and beginner friendly. \nYour instructor: Sarah is a passionate yoga instructor with a background in nutrition and wellbeing. Her classes will guide you through a dynamic flow\, where you can find space for stretching\, lengthening\, exploring and letting go. Sarah will leave you energized and with a grateful feeling for your body and mind. \nIf you would like to sign up to the class\, we are asking for a £5 donation\, which will go to a local charity. \nThis session is exclusive to employees of Baker Street Quarter Partnership member businesses. DESCRIPTION:This is a 3-hour interactive workshop run by a trained Climate Fresk facilitator. \nClimate change is a complex problem that affects us all\, but it can be overwhelming to tackle by yourself. This is why this Climate Fresk workshop will enable participants to take ownership of the subject matter working together\, focusing on the specific actions that we as individuals and as businesses can put in place to confront this problem. \nWhat you can expect from the workshop: \n\nA scientific\, collaborative and creative workshop designed to raise awareness about climate change in a fun way.\nA set of 42 cards\, each representing a component of climate change .\nUse the group’s collective intelligence to link the causes and consequences of climate change and engage employees to take action.\nThe session will also focus on how businesses can influence a positive change and how to daily promote this in the workplace..\n\n  \nParticipants will leave this workshop well equipped to implement the climate actions that they have identified both in their personal life and in the workplace. \nClimate Fresk is exclusive to employees of Baker Street Quarter Partnership member businesses.
