DESCRIPTION:Senior management and line managers play an integral part in the normalising the conversation around mental health. Around 1/6 in workers are experiencing a mental health issue right now\, however 78% of line managers have yet to receive any form of training on mental health at work**. \nEquip yourself with the skills and confidence to recognise signs and symptoms of mental health issues and effectively guide a person towards support. Learn how to be comfortable with mental health conversations\, tackle stigmas\, spotting the signs of depression\, offering appropriate first-line support\, plus more. \nThe workshop facilitator: \nJenny is an accredited trainer with Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England; a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner; and Transformational Coach\, accredited with the University of Chester and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)\, abiding to a set of stringent standards and code of ethics. \n**Deloitte Workplace Mental Health & Wellbeing\, 2017 \nThis training is exclusive to employees of Baker Street Quarter Partnership member businesses.
