SUMMARY:Major Incident Table-Top Exercise
DESCRIPTION:As part of our continuing programme of work to enhance the security and resilience of the Quarter we will be hosting our latest emergency planning and crisis management exercise on 23 March 2023\, delivered by City of London Police\, Cyber Griffin Unit. This year’s tabletop exercise in particular tests people’s response to both hacking and malware attacks\, in addition to physical security threats. \nBased around a realistic scenario\, the tabletop exercise will be focused on crisis prevention and response and will examine how incident management can be improved by access to information\, enhanced communication and collaboration with neighbouring businesses. \nThe session builds on and complements our previous exercises and will specifically consider the security implications of the current ‘hybrid’ way of working with staff time split between home and work.  It is not necessary for you to have attended the earlier tabletop to benefit from this event.  It is open to all members\, irrespective of your level of expertise and is designed to help you assess your preparedness\, understand how your plans fit with other members and consider how the area might recover from the disruptive effects of a major event. \nIf you’re in a security role or are responsible for developing business continuity and crisis response plans we would particularly welcome your attendance. \nThis session is exclusive to Baker Street Quarter Partnership member businesses. To check if your business is a member and sign up\, email training@bakerstreetq.co.uk.
