DESCRIPTION:Drawing improves creativity\, relieves stress\, strengthens focus and strategic thinking so join us as we concentrate on sculpture drawing. \nTo celebrate International Sculpture Day this month\, the BSQ Art Club concentrates on sculpture in all its forms. Practising art helps to relax and aids focus and helps to unwind\, relax and provides a calming sensation. \nAll abilities welcome; even if you think you do not have an art ability\, this session will help your wellbeing and mindset. All you need is a pencil\, piece of paper and a rubber (just in case!). \nGive your brain and eyes a break from the screen and nurture your creativity with this art for all club. \nThis training is exclusive to employees of Baker Street Quarter Partnership member businesses.
