Often used synonymously, management and leadership require many different qualities. This session will explore these, before giving you a framework to identify your personal barriers to being an effective manager and leader. By the end of this session you will understand:
- The fundamental characteristics of leadership;
- How these differ from management;
- Barriers and challenges to effective leadership and management;
- How to successfully put leadership into practice as a manager using Future – Engage – Deliver.
